QuickCam - Launch Camera from the lock screen

QuickCam lets you easily and quickly launch the Camera from the lock screen
*Note: Open app for the first time to configure settings

Supported platform(s): Symbian^3 Anna & Belle

Getting Started
1. After Installation, open QuickCam to configure the settings
2. Hold or Double Click Camera Button (depending on settings) to launch Camera from lock screen

Features
Activation method - Select Hold or Double Click to launch Camera

Activation Sound - Sets the sound level to be played on activation

Auto Start - Choose to auto start QuickCam when phone boots by enabling the app

Screen Lock on Camera Exit - Enable to lock screen after exiting camera

    On N8; seesm to not auto start. Does most time only unlock but not start cam. Missing feature "Screen Lock on Camera Exit". Else would be good - and i would pay too if functional as expected...

    The latest version in the OVI store doesn't work from a locked screen any more on Nokia 701 (works only if phone is already unlocked). Previous version worked from a locked screen.

      Ya, I noticed it too, sorry for the trouble, I've released a patch for that and hopefully it will solve the problem, thank you for the report :)

      Thanks for fast reply; I've looked in the reviews and I've seen others are complaining about the battery drain; please investigate this. Otherwise, it is a very good app! Congrats!

    Stopped working after installing Belle Refresh on my N8. Am currently using CamFX app and Bubbles key lock app, but it worked fine with both of these apps running before, so it seems like Belle Refresh broke it.

    The first time I long press the camera button, it unlocks the phone briefly, then goes back to sleep. The second time I long press it actually works. Next long press it unlocks the phone briefly, the it works the next long press and so on.
